Attractions on November XV square will shine Christmas in Torres, a sea of love and peace. The programming will extend until december 23 rd and can be followed daily by the ity hall´s website. The event is hosted by the Municipal Secretariat of Culture and Sport.

Besides Christmas decoration, a variety of attractions are charming residents and tourists. Check out the Christmas programme for this weekend :

On friday , november 18th, The long- awaited arrival of Santa Claus for 8 p.m. with an Artistic Parade followed by the famous local country music band Tchê Guri concert, by 8:30 p.m.

The parade will have a beautiful theatrical performance with music, poetry , dancing and circus. Swinged by christmas songs played live along the way there are stops where the public appreciates dances with hula hoops, acrobatics, and juggling. Tchê Guri comes to Torres with the Thematic Concert project, " Christmas of the South" with christmas music, including " Uma Festa de Natal" , " Velinho", " Jingle Bell', "Boas Festas", " O Natal Existe", " Noite Feliz", "Natal das Crianças" among others. All sang in regional rithyms . The " Crhistmas of the South" is a concert that causes a great explosion of feelings, emotions, joy, happiness and fellowship between friends. A night to celebrate the birth of Jesus to the sound of those boys´ accordeons . A Christmas to be recorded in our hearts

On saturday november 19th , the XV square will host the Black Bull Band Concert by 8 p.m. and the " Duendes da Alegria" cheering up Christmas with joy , the artists go through the square with christmas sounds, playing and interacting with people. And on Sunday, at the XV square, the Duendes come vack fom 7 p.m. on.

And for the ones who wish to stay close to Santa again, he will be at the Santa Claus House, on XV SQuare, every Friday, Saturday and Sunday, fron 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.
