Beach tennis is becoming an increasingly popular sport in Torres. Various championships are held throughout the year specially on Breakwaters beach, Long Beach, and Cal Beach ,besides clubs and private courts with groups of beach tennis lovers . Events such as :
• SAPT Beach Tennis Open - Held on the Long Beach sand, in its last edition it brought together more than 300 athletes. Always held in the first fortnight of january. • RS Beach Tennis Cup - event with an international character, with the presence of the top ranked players in the world. In its last edition, it brought together more than 700 professional and amateurs athletes. With a date set for the first fortnight in november.
