A nova data do Festival Internacional de Balonismo se dará no feriado de 1º de maio, dia do trabalho, e se estende até domingo dia 04 de maio.

A expectativa é que um grande fluxo de turistas esteja na cidade e que o Festival receba pilotos de balão do mundo inteiro, além de atrações artísticas e culturais, locais e nacionais para abrilhantar a cidade de Torres.
